Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ShareMenu ("the service") operated by BIGG Agency ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

ShareMenu provides a digital menu display system that allows restaurants, cafés, bars and similar venues to create a menu accessible via a QR code. The service includes a dashboard at app.sharemenu.app, a QR code generated for your venue, a custom menu URL, and an optional loyalty system.

ShareMenu is not a food ordering, payment, or reservation system. We are not responsible for customer orders, transactions, or interactions between you and your guests.

3. Pricing & billing

Free trial: 15 days with full access, no credit card required.

Pro plan: €4.99/month or €40/year. Prices exclude VAT. VAT will be added where applicable based on your billing country.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your account dashboard.

Payments are processed securely by a third-party provider. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Refunds are generally not provided once a subscription period has started. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in cases where a technical issue prevents use of the service.

We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions remain at the current price until the end of the billing period.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including menu items, descriptions, prices, logos, and images.

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as part of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

You may not use the service to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party failures.

You accept that temporary unavailability may occur and waive any claims related to service interruptions.

7. Backups & data loss

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data.

We do not guarantee against data loss and accept no liability for any loss, corruption, or consequences resulting from such loss.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period.

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

Upon termination, your data may be deleted within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the service or your content.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the courts of Athens.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
